I have stayed at Hotel Indigo on West End now several times and have throughly enjoyed each stay! The hotel is chic and fun, yet still has all the comforts of home...including plush bedding and over-sized showers. I have never stayed at another hotel where I actually look forward to using the showers! The hotel is always very clean and the staff has been more than available to help me in any way. I attended a party on August 9th at the hotel. The balcony/deck on the 7th floor was rented and great for entertaining. The staff was MORE than helpful with everything! The bartender, Ashley, was incredible and kept our party happy with her drinks and friendly personality! I would definetly recommend this hotel for a weekend stay and/or gathering! Also, this would be a perfect hotel for in town wedding guests or reunions! Looking forward to my next stay at this hotel. The new improvements and changing artwork always help make each stay a new an inviting experience!

What a great unique hotel in the middle of downtown. Several blocks from Tootsie's and all the entertainment down on Broadway. Hotel rooms were huge with great decor , plasma tvs and hardwood floors and and the most comfortable bed in the world. Great bar service with great knowledgable staff of the area. Best sushi bar in Nashville connected to the hotel.

This was my first and last time at this hotel. The rooms were very dirty. The staff and the management were not helpful. Probably the worst run hotel I think I have ever stayed in. The service in the restaurant was very poor. The manager could not be found to help resolve these issues. If these things do not bother you, then by all means stay here.

-Standard rooms were filthy. Walk on the floor barefoot & your feet WILL BE BLACK. Housekeeping did not attend the majority of my guests' rooms unless called. -Penthouse was disgusting. Stains, food remnants, random film, dirt, hair, dust, etc more than evident. Housekeeping appeared only after called. -I contracted the entire 8th floor for my guests, including the lounge & patio. At our July 4 party HOTEL employees led guests from other areas of the hotel to our area. One of these "may" be a managing director of the Wesley Group that owns this Hotel Indigo. -Security was not responsive to our requests for assistance when food, alcohol & rented table linens were being stolen by other guests. They showed up 4 hours after we called & after we moved everything ourselves. -Our 4th HI contact was let go prior to our event, but no one notified us. In fact, when we were calling during our stay, staff connected us to her voicemail, cell phone, etc. This occurred for two days. Finally, they said she was no longer with the company when we demanded to see her in person immediately. -As requested, I began calling the MGR at 8 AM the morning after my wedding. Left voicemails on his office & cell phone & w/ front desk. Had him paged. Finally, had the front desk let him know that we were waiting for him in the lobby. Thirty mins later, we requested the front desk send someone to look for him. Two associates attempted to find him, but nada. Still "not answering" his office phone, cell phone or pager. When he shows up at the front desk, the associate points us out to him, he makes eye contact with me & then disappears. We ask if he's coming back & are told "not sure". At this, we finally run into an associate that takes us to his office, but says he is not there. Guess what...he is and clearly was NOT happy to see us. -After two weeks, still have not received information or satisfaction promised by this guy. He has not responded to voicemails or email, no surprise.

Hotel Indigo is a fantastic place to stay! Our room had harwood floors, contemporary classy decor, and the most comfy bed I've ever slept on. The staff was very friendly and it was only $5 for a cab ride down to 2nd Ave where every thing was happening. The only negative I could find was $21 to park overnight (but included valet parking)...Wonderful place to stay so please give it a try! (and I am hard to please) Job well done Hotel Indigo.

I stayed in the hotel the weekend it opened and loved every minute! There was construction that was still being done, but the hotel was in top shape! The service was very friendly and energetic! The rooms are oversized and built with comforts of home and then some! All of the aspects of the room from the plush bedding to the wall murals were inviting and exciting. If you have time for breakfast you must try to Florentine Crossant Sandwich! I am very excited to stay here again and see all of the new additions that are being made!

My family had a terrible experience here. The building continues to be under construction, so be prepared for lots of drilling and hammering. The General Manager was unhelpful and unable to understand why drilling could disrupt the sleep of young children. But hey, if you like loud noises and rude management, then you've found your place!
